MVM Legal is a Specialist Insurance, Workplace Health and Safety and Commercial Law Firm established in Brisbane.  MVM Legal was founded by two specialist practitioners with a reputation in their fields.  Jamie McPherson and Damien van Brunschot specialise in insurance claims and workplace health and safety.  They have over 30 years experience between them in insurance and workplace law. 

Robert Parcell, a Senior Consultant and accredited personal injury specialist compliments and enhances the insurance expertise of the firm.

Robert Dunworth, Senior Associate heads our firms commercial construction and dispute resolution practice, bringing his dispute resolution expertise and commercial acumen to our established practice

MVM Legal is a boutique firm with a premier client base including WorkCover Queensland, Q-COMP and seven Self Insurers within the WorkCover Scheme.  In our commercial litigation practice, we act for Construction Companies and Developers – both big and small.
