Our Workplace Health and Safety Practice

Jamie McPherson leads the Workplace Health and Safety practice group.   Jamie has developed expertise in defending Workplace Health and Safety Prosecutions over the last 15 years.  He is recognised as a leading lawyer in this field.  Jamie sits on the Safety Hearing Committee for the Master Builders Association of Queensland and has delivered the key note address at The Visions Conference – The Premier Safety Conference held in Queensland for the last 10 years.

Robert Dunworth leads the business legal advisory practice, under Damien and Jamie.  Robert cut his teeth in a large successful, Sydney insurance group, which informs much of his practice to date.  He then further developed his skills in the commercial litigation group in a successful Brisbane firm, under the supervision of a Partner recognised as one of Australia’s top Lawyers.
